Coming in 2027, CTLP will partner with the Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County on a new community mural project supported by a Teen Mental Health Arts Grant from United Way of St. Johns and Putnam Counties.

Teens and community members will help create a large-scale public artwork inspired by the ledger art of Native American prisoners held at Fort Marion and the historic stained glass collection at Flagler College. Through collaborative painting workshops and public art events, the project will use local history and hands-on artmaking to support creative expression, confidence, connection, and community participation.

The completed mural will be installed at a public location in St. Johns County, with the final site to be determined.
